Monte seniors, Savannah Trujillo, Stephani Gonzalez, Yesenia Avila and Amy Garcia, who are all interested in business for their future careers attended and were interviewed by the Santa Fe New Mexican who wrote: “Garcia is already involved in the business world through her mom, who owns Ana Luisa Event Rentals, which supplied the coffee mugs, tablecloths and utensils for the SCORE event. All three students agreed business could be a likely career path for them.” Their admission was sponsored by Cheryl Ancell. This was the second time that Yesenia has attended this conference. Her mentorship last year was in business with mentors Cheryl Ancell and Alan Natowitz and through it she began fulfilling her dream of starting her paleta business, “Taste Latino.”
